What is Cyber Security? Cyber Security is the practice of protecting systems, networks, and programs from digital attacks. which are usually aimed at accessing, changing or destroying sensitive information, extorting money from users or interrupting business operations. Cyber Security takes a particular approach that usually consists of multiple layers of protection spread across computers, networks, programs, or data whose integrity one intends to maintain. Users must understand and comply with basic data security principles such as choosing strong passwords, being wary of attachments of unknown origin in email, and backing up data.
