Course Description
An advanced program preparing participants to conduct and lead occupational health and safety management-system audits against ISO 45001, while supporting readiness for lead-auditor certification assessments offered through relevant professional schemes. It covers management-system requirements, audit planning, audit-team leadership, evidence gathering, nonconformity writing, reporting, and follow-up. The course also addresses interview techniques, opening and closing meetings, and audit-program management. It aims to build the competence required to lead effective audits and prepare for professional Lead Auditor assessment.
