Course Description:
A professional training programme designed to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to understand, plan, conduct, and manage Quality Management System audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. The programme focuses on the practical aspects of the auditing process, from audit planning and preparation through evidence collection and conformity assessment to documenting audit findings, preparing reports, following up corrective actions, and supporting continual improvement within organisations.
Course Objectives:
- Understand the principles and requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Understand the principles, stages, and methodology of Quality Management System auditing.
- Develop effective audit planning and preparation skills.
- Enable participants to conduct audits in a professional and systematic manner.
- Develop skills in collecting and analysing audit evidence and assessing conformity and nonconformity.
- Enhance communication and interviewing skills during audits.
- Develop the ability to document audit findings and prepare professional audit reports.
