Programme Overview

A two-day programme for project and programme professionals in any sector. It covers how AI is reshaping every phase of project delivery — from planning and estimation, through execution, risk management and stakeholder communication, to closure. Participants learn to integrate AI tools into their project-management workflow, to use AI as an assistant for estimation, scheduling and risk analysis, and to adapt governance, reporting and quality assurance for AI-supported delivery. The programme applies to traditional, agile and hybrid delivery approaches, and to construction, IT, government, enterprise-transformation and engineering contexts.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this programme, participants will be able to:

  • Describe how AI is reshaping the project-management profession and identify the phases most affected.
  • Use AI tools for project documentation, reporting, stakeholder communication and meeting preparation.
  • Apply AI to estimation, scheduling and risk analysis with appropriate verification.
  • Adapt governance, reporting and quality assurance for AI-supported project delivery.
  • Identify where AI reduces delivery risk and where it may introduce new risk.
  • Lead the conversation with sponsors, teams and vendors on AI-related scope, value and assurances.
