Cancellation or Withdrawal

• A 75% refund will be given if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the program’s start date.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days before the program’s start date.
• The amount can be transferred to any other program, and the difference in payment is required after informing us within five days before the program’s start date, or course, at the latest.
• If the number of course registrants is insufficient, the course will be postponed. The client will be notified 24 hours before the course date and time, and the client is not entitled to claim any compensation.

Payment and Refunds:

• Reimbursement of payments to the client’s account will occur within 5 days after the completion of the program or training course.
• All offers advertised on the website are exclusively for individuals and do not apply to government sectors and companies.
• All prices displayed on the website do not include Value Added Tax.
