Commissioning \u2013 GE \/ Offshore UHF Radio Systems"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong>Course Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The course provides the essential knowledge and hands-on skills required to understand, configure, test and commission <strong>Saudi Aramco UHF radio systems<\/strong>, with particular emphasis on <strong>GE MDS radio systems<\/strong>, master\/slave architecture, antenna positioning and alignment, frequency\/channel configuration, RF measurements, back-end integration and SAT documentation.<\/p>\n<p>The program is aligned with the radio-system testing philosophy and requirements reflected in the project SAT procedure, including power-up, master\/slave functionality and approved-frequency verification.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Course Objectives<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>By the end of the course, participants will be able to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand UHF radio principles and Saudi Aramco radio-system architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Identify major radio, antenna, coaxial cables and RF components.<\/li>\n<li>Differentiation between GE radios (Data transfer) and other handheld radios used in industrial communication.<\/li>\n<li>Lab Training for RF Cables &amp; antenna VSWR testing with Anritsu Site Maste.<\/li>\n<li>Understand <strong>GE MDS Master\/Slave radio architecture and configuration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Perform basic frequency and channel configuration.<\/li>\n<li>Perform antenna positioning, polarization and alignment.<\/li>\n<li>Understand and measure <strong>VSWR, return loss and RF signal parameters<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Use an <strong>RF Service Monitor \/ Radio Communication Tester<\/strong> for basic testing.<\/li>\n<li>Perform radio power-up and functional tests.<\/li>\n<li>Verify Master\/Slave communication and process-data transmission.<\/li>\n<li>Configure basic back-end interfaces and communication parameters.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot common radio-system faults.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare basic testing and commissioning records\/SAT documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Training Content \u2013 3 Days<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>DAY 1 \u2013 Radio Fundamentals &amp;
