performance risks, political &amp; resource risks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DAY TWO: Effective Negotiations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cultural issues \u2013 open, honest &amp; polite vs. sharp, devious &amp;
