General Goal<\/strong><\/p>\n

Supporting the capabilities of trainees, male and female, and decision makers in facing the future by building the possibility of logical thinking, studying adherence to safety and quality procedures, raising the efficiency of procedures and technical work, as well as linking agencies and speeding implementation through modern approaches in applying sustainable quality in the work of municipalities and methods of involving modern technology and advanced technologies. In the administrative and executive work system of municipalities, methods of applying total quality in the administrative work of cities and municipalities, innovative ways of dealing with problems and irregularities that exist within societies, and methods of involving modern technology and advanced technologies in the system of administrative and executive work of municipalities.<\/p>\n

Training Methodology<\/strong><\/p>\n

By the End of this Training Program, Each Trainee, God willing, will be able to:<\/p>\n

Our training is an industry, not a hobby, as this training program is based on a set of interactive activities, group and individual exercises, case studies and discussions, in addition to presenting the latest theories and methods of thinking. The training environment will provide the necessary support to encourage individuals, of all levels of experience, to share the curricula they are currently using as well as experiment with the new curricula that they will be introduced to during this training program.
\nThe trainer will be on hand to answer any questions that a trainee may have, and will play a supportive role in building and implementing new curricula.
